She also possesses an insatiable passion for Thai cuisine, a deep understanding of its role in the concept of ‘Thainess’ and the desire to promote it on a global scale, highlighting its many facets. Nan’s speciality is combining cutting edge design with great cuisine and right now she is ready to share her vision with the world.
