Red jasmine cargo rice

“Red jasmine cargo rice” is produced by Dong-Yen Agroforestry Community Enterprise in Suphan Buri Province. The community is adopting self-sufficient organic farming. Organic rice produced in the community is hand harvested with care, so the rice kernels are kept whole. As they are undamaged, the cooked rice will be beautifully fluffy, and packed with nutrients. Red jasmine cargo rice contains vitamin B, iron, and copper. These elements help nourishing blood, maintaining healthy brain and eye function. The rice is also rich in fibre, and increase feeling of fullness.
