“100-year Salacca” from Chanthaburi Province is produced in Khao Bai Sri Mountains of Rak Khao Bai Sri Agritourism Community Enterprise. Amongst famous tropical fruit in Chanthaburi Province, Salacca grown in the garden aged over 100 years old is the native fruit and the most outstanding product of Rak Khao Bai Sri Agritourism Community. It contains sweet-and-sour flavour. Besides raw consumption, salacca can be added to the local recipes such as sour soup with chicken and salacca, or salacca chili paste.
