Pattavia pineapple

Golden sweet-and-juicy “Pattavia pineapple” is the famous fruit of Baan Rai Din Thai Community in Prachuap Khiri Khan Province. The pineapples are organic and chemical-free. The farm is supervised by Nok, who pivoted herself from a white collar in Bangkok to a rural life. Among other awards achieved from her devoted work in the pineapple farm, Nok has recently been awarded as the Young Smart Farmer with the endless support from her mother who is also a Community Chef in Baan Rai Din Thai Community. The pineapple produced from the farm can be a perfect addition to “roasted pork ribs with pineapple” – the community’s well known recipe.
